Over the past 10+ years, I’ve carried this mindset across diverse product spaces, using it to deepen my understanding of both products and the people who use them. As a design leader, I thrive at the intersection of evolving user needs and the role design plays in connecting people with products.

My career highlights include delivering impactful web and mobile solutions that address a wide range of user needs. At Etsy, I led a team focused on improving Seller-facing experiences across native and web platforms, helping over 7 million active Etsy Sellers achieve their goals. At Grubhub, I led a team responsible for designing a responsive web app used by over 300,000 restaurant partners.

I’m a hands-on leader who thrives in roles that require digging into the details to form a clear perspective in order to align stakeholders. Whether running service design activities to identify opportunity areas or leading early-stage product and design discovery, I am committed to moving work forward with purpose and high-quality craft in mind.
